The cafeteria is the center of much social activity in schools as students, faculty and staff gather there each day. Food service staff are hard working, dedicated employees who come to work early every morning to prepare meals for hundreds of students. For some students, it will be their only meal of the day. During meal times, food service staff offer friendly greetings along with nutritious meals. The Utrust has scheduled Food Service Staff Appreciation Day to be in January each year. This year, Food Service Staff Appreciation Day will be January 12, 2012 and we are celebrating with a Carnival theme.
