Utrust wants to know which school districts are celebrating big on employee appreciation days. Showing your employees that you appreciate their work is an important part of creating a positive workplace environment, and we want to commend you for doing so. That’s why we’re giving an award to the school district with the most outstanding appreciation program.

Each month, Utrust provides you with materials to honor a specific group of employees, but how you use them or create your own will determine which school system will win. When your district celebrates an appreciation day, tell us about it.

We’re looking for the most creative stories, photos, videos, newspaper clippings or any other way you can show us how much your school district did to recognize employees.

Utrust will keep track of what you send to us and decide at the end of the school year, which districts did the best. We will present an award to the top school districts at our annual Utrust Member Awards Dinner in November.
